CXTech Week 38 2024 News and Analysis
The purpose of this CXTech Week 38 2024 newsletter is to highlight, with commentary, some of the news stories in CXTech this week. What is CXTech? The C stands for Connectivity, Communications, Collaboration, Conversation, Customer; X for Experience because that’s what matters; and Tech because the focus is enablers.

TNID Pre-TADHack Session on 17th Sept
TADHack 2024 runs 19-20 October. Before then we are running a pre-TADHack session, both live and recorded. This is a chance to learn about TNID (by TSG Global).
TNID session explains TNID’s vision, plans, timelines, introduces the API, their TADHack challenges, and how TNID are hoping some TADHackers will help with future TNID projects. This is an amazing opportunity to win some of the $5k TNID prize money, and influence a project that will impact all our lives.
TNID (TSG Global) puts you in control of your personal, self-owned digital identity.
Here are the slides given in the video. Within the presentation there are links to access the TnID v2 API Alpha Specifications and TnID Support with “TADHack 2024” in the subject line.
You’ll see some of the developers at the end of the video ask for some getting started code, and making it easy to store their own data in TNID. Things that will benefit all developers, and the best way to start any project – ask developers.
Remember TnID requires that you publish your hack publicly to a GitHub repository for review.
TnID plan on a session to deep dive into the API on 1st Oct. More details coming soon.
vCon Pre-TADHack Session on 20th Sept
TADHack 2024 runs 19-20 October. Before then we are running a pre-TADHack session, both live and recorded. This is a chance to learn about vCon (by STROLID).
This vCon session introduces Virtualized Conversations, runs through the vCon set-up and all the resources and tools available. They’re an old-hand at TADHack as you can see from their excellent resources.
vCon (STROLID) is the global standard for conversations. This is going to be massive, it’s an important skill to develop.
Everything covered in the video from Thomas is available here, including the challenges.
Updated TADSummit Agenda, 22-23 October
Added the timed agenda to TADSummit.
Big thank you to Strolid, Inc., Thomas McCarthy-Howe and #vConVinnie, Vin Micciche, AND Noah Rafalko, TSG Global, Inc. for showing the Truth deserves support.
Over 10 years ago I pointed out GSMA #OneAPI would fail, it did. #Camara is repeating the same mistakes, its failure will not be as clear. It's about services not only APIs (pricing, bundling, performance, channels, etc.) The world has moved on from #APIs as the integration layer, it's about #apps.
I pointed out over 10 years ago hSenid Mobile Solutions (Pvt) Ltd would succeed. It did.
Sri Lanka and Bangladesh created country-wide innovation ecosystems, well done hSenid Mobile Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Ideamart, bdapps, etc. And today they are building on top of that success with services using #LLM and insights from all the services created over the past decade. It's not about standards, its all about services customers want. That was true over one decade ago, the same is true today.
TADSummit agenda is packed with the future, not legacy. vCon and TNID are important to the communications / telecoms industry. We're training the developers (TADHack) and channels (e.g. jambonz) to use these technologies to make a difference in all our lives.
